hello, today i will be sharing ‘what i eat in a day’ : ) i love food, as many of you guys do, so i thought i would share what i eat in a day. please take into consideration, that i don’t eat the same meals everyday, however this is what i ate on friday <3.
here is what i eat in a day.
breakfast: berry smoothie
this smoothie is so good! it is such an easy breakfast idea and it tastes divine. i have one every morning as they are healthy and delicious : )
lunch: pesto ‘n tomato pasta
i just recently found this recipe and i have been eating it non-stop! this pasta is so yummy, flavourful and easy to make <3! it also tastes very italian, which i enjoy, as i am half italian!
snack: banana + biscuit butter
mmm… this snack is so good! i love bananas and this biscuit butter complements them so well : ) this buttery goodness is made from speculoos biscuits and is so yummy! i also sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top to add more flavour <3!
dinner: quinoa, chicken and peas
i just recently have been loving quinoa, so for dinner, i made some quinoa, chicken and peas. which let me tell you, was so good : ) you could use any chicken or any green veggies, and i am sure it would taste amazing!
